American Soccer Camp invites you to join us for our Winter ID Clinic. One of four seasonal one-day clinics, the Winter clinic has been our largest and most competitive clinic, most suited to those aspiring to become future American Eagles. The clinic will be held on Jacobs Field – an artificial turf facility located on campus. Open to any and all girls aged 14-23, the sessions will be designed to elevate the players’ understanding of what regimented training at the Division I level looks like. Refund Policy: The camp now offers a insured refund policy via the purchase of a policy offered by Allianz. This Registration Protector Policy provides coverage for lost registration fees when a camper has to cancel or leave the camp for a reason covered by the policy.
The Camp Management STRONGLY URGES ALL CAMPERS to purchase this policy. This was a huge success for those campers who had this policy in the past and had to use it. The value cannot be overstated considering the cost of the policy.

Covered reasons for camp cancellation or interruption include:
• Injury or illness to the camper or a close family member
• Family employment issues
• Transportation delays
• Military/family/legal obligations
• Weather emergencies that prevent the registrant from attending this event.
If the Camp is canceled by the Camp Founder prior to the Camp designated weekend, a partial up to a full refund will be made. Any and all request for a refund once a secured registered slot has been secured by an attendee, the Camp Founder will have the final decision on how much, if any, of a refund will be allotted.
Weather related Refund Policy: If the Camp is canceled for weather prior to the start of the Camp, a $100 refund will be provided.
Once the Camp has started, no refund will be offered but the Camp Founder reserves the right to offer refunds at his sole discretion pending what circumstances occur.
Note: Rather a camp refund is provided or not, no out of pocket accrued expenses relating to attending the camp will ever be refunded.

Please note that there are no refunds. If a prospective athlete is registered for an event and needs to miss then a credit for a future AU event can be applied.
